Honestly I mostly have nothing but good words to say about this hotel. The area felt safe. The staff was polite. The room was clean. The rates were affordable. However, I paid a $50 deposit on the room for incidentals and I have yet to receive that money back. I stayed 2/7/24-2/10/24. As of today (3/18/24), I have not received my deposit back and now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone.
