My family has made our stay somewhat permanent. We were waiting on our apartment to get ready and that fell thru. The staff have been so friendly and they make sure that we leave the office satisfied each and every time. They are on top of every issue and it's gets resolved quickly and thoroughly. The Heathers are just plain and simply wonderful! Then there's Kelly,Darcy,and Patti. Those lovely souls are outstanding! And I don't see much of Carrie but when I do talk with her she's very thorough. The housekeeping staff are a pleasure and I feel very safe and secure with the security Marco, he's absolutely the great! Thank you all for making our unfortunate situation with the apartment a bearable one.
